Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robotic vacuum cleaners and mops are the best method of quickly cleaning up messes. The best robot vacuums and mop I tested had excellent navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, well as wires that were tangled.
You can also schedule cleaning chores through an app and monitor their progress.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
If you're looking for the best robot vacuum and mop combo with cutting-edge features, take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile, and it picked up human hair and pet hair nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking app interface with a miniature map of your house and a few on-screen buttons to allow manual control.
Another noteworthy characteristic of the S8 is its ability to change its cleaning mode according to dirt levels, thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will wash its mopping pads more often when it encounters dust. Carpeted areas are given priority for mopping using mopping pads that are damp.
The mop's roller has several other clever features, including a dock that connects to your home plumbing system to wash and clean it without having to manually refill the mop. You can also use voice commands to control the built-in voice assistant of the S8, saying "Hey Rocky" to specify room cleaning, modes, and granular control options with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking for a hands-off robot vacuum that can mop The Yeedi Cube is one of the more flexible choices. It's one of many combination robot vacuums that have mopping features that are also available at a lower cost than the competition.
Like most robot vacuums, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it up and running. This involves establishing an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once that's done, the robot can start cleaning and mopping easily.
It's important to keep in mind that the mapping process can take some time, and the Yeedi Cube may need a couple of attempts before it can get an accurate image of your room. Additionally the object detection is unpredictable and it was able to skirt furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel and had to turn its back to release itself. These are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great option for those looking for a cleaning companion that does all of the above.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its mopping technology is advanced and features the ability to rotate in a manner similar to hand scrubbing which results in floors that are genuinely cleaned and not just swept. The detachable vacuum stick is an absolute game changer that can get to places robot vacuums cannot.
This model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an increased suction power of 8700Pa, and a few additional clever features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can be used to learn your home's surroundings and provide an adaptive obstacle avoidance. The smart app allows you to alter a variety of settings, including AI cleanings and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping and has both the robot vacuum as well as the mop returning to their charging base after each task to clean their pads and empty their dust bins, and then place the debris in a self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean and also prevents allergens from returning to the system. The battery's life is enough to clean large areas without requiring the battery to be charged mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a top-quality robot vacuum and mop model that has impressive features for affordable prices. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power as well as a rotating brush for hard floors and carpets, and great obstacles-avoiding. It also has an innovative mopping system that uses a roller that is continuously doused with water to pull up dirt and deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.
Its navigation system performed well. It stayed clear of steps and walked close to walls without crashing. However, it had trouble with fine-grained debris and wasn't always able to clear raised room thresholds. Its operating noise is also quite high, so it may be a less reliable set-and-forget model than some.

The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with docking systems that allow it to refill its clean water tank, empty the dustbin, dry and wash the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easier and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors according to a regular schedule. You can control all its functions through the Eufy app, which provides a clear overview and plenty of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best mowers and vacuums available that are available. It provides impressive results in mopping and vacuuming. The LIDAR mapping sensors can detect furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with a reasonable precision. The app allows users to fine-tune the coverage of the map, establish no-go zones, and even modify their cleaning preferences. The Freo's main roller brush is also designed to stop hair from wrapping around it, which can be an issue for many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads spinning at 180 RPM while applying up to 12N downward pressure. The mopping system also incorporates intelligent carpet detection, lifting the pads up when they're near soft surfaces, preventing them from contaminating them.
The docking station that is all-in-one functions as a hands-free maintenance centre which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops and refilling them with water and detergent. The base station has an integrated dust removal system that compacts dust and allows seven weeks of uninterrupted maintenance.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars less than the S8 and this robot does a bang-up job at keeping my home office spotless and also tackle the corners of my tight apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make an image of your space which allows it to know which areas to avoid. It has an object/obstacle detector that can avoid things like dog bowls and toys (but not poop), unlike many vacuums.
Other great features include a self emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable for water temperature and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also set cleaning schedules within the app and adjust the settings for each room in your home.
Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping, and can distinguish between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood rugs with high-pile. And, if you want to save time, it will skip mopping in rooms that aren't soiled. It's a great option for those who have a variety of flooring in your home and don't want to spend the extra money for the Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
This robot is an excellent choice to consider if you're seeking a flexible robot that can perform regular maintenance on a daily basis and touch-ups to messy water stains. It comes with a variety of features, including a self emptying dustbin and a separate dock for refilling water, as well as adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It's quite quiet, and it can move around furniture legs and socks effortlessly. However, Highly recommended Webpage can't take care of the tangled tassels of rugs, and its battery drains a little faster than other models we tested in our tests.
With a price tag of less than $250, the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly machine that packs a lot of suction and useful automation into a slick design. It didn't score quite as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the much expensive Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra, but it still did extremely well overall. It also offers a variety of cleaning modes to meet your needs, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet' option for debris that is light to the more powerful 'Turbo' mode for carpeted rooms. It even has the ability to automate the removal and reattachment of mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used even in small areas. It is very quick and quiet and can maneuver tight spaces with ease. It's also excellent at removing pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than the majority of its competitors however it doesn't compromise features. It has good suction power and can be configured to take photos of each object it picks (i.e. chew toys, socks), and mark them in the app as "not located' so that they won't be removed in future cleanings. Its photos are encrypted and are not connected to your account.
It is capable of vaccuming, but it isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that clip onto the bottom of the bot and drags them across your floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which come with water reservoirs that automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
